CANCELLATION
Changes and Cancellations: Cancellations or modifications within 48-hours of your scheduled appointment will incur cancellation charges.
48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the booked service.
24-Hour Notice and No-Show Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, including no-shows, will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of the booked service.
You agree to pay the applicable cancellation charge in full within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. You authorise Amaraa Hair (Timelypay) to debit your credit card if you have not paid the applicable cancellation fee within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
CARD AUTHORISATION
By providing your credit card details, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our cancellation policy. You authorise Amaraa Hair, (Timelypay) to process and charge your card in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.
If your card details are not stored, you agree to receive a payment link via email. You commit to paying the applicable cancellation fee within 24 hours of receipt.
NEW CLIENTS
A consultation appointment is required prior to booking any extension services.
Amaraa Hair accepts clients aged 18 years and over only.
By booking an appointment with Amaraa Hair, you confirm your acceptance of these policies. These terms are in compliance with Australian retail laws and are designed to ensure a professional, seamless experience for all clients.
ARRIVALS
To ensure we provide the highest quality of service, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in immediate appointment cancellation and will be charged as a No-Show. In such cases, the full booking amount will be charged as per the cancellation policy.
Solo Attendance: Please attend your appointment unaccompanied to maintain our professional standards and client comfort.
PAYMENTS
Amaraa Hair accepts all card payments, including AMEX (surcharge of 2%) After pay & Zip Pay. (Surcharges occur)
REFUNDS
Amaraa Hair does not provide any refunds on services. If you are unhappy with your hair, we allow a 48-hour period to contact us and book a complimentary consultation to allow us to understand what has happened. From there we may book you a complimentary correction appointment.
We make no refunds on products purchased. If you change your mind about a product purchased, you may return it in exchange for in-store credit, as long as you do so within 48 hours of making the purchase, and the product is as new and unopened.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Amaraa Hair only accepts clients aged 18 and over.
PHONES
To help create a relaxing environment for yourself and others, please have your phone on silent. If you need to make long phone calls, please do so outside.
PETS
No pets are allowed in the salon due to health and safety regulations, with the exception of service animals.
HEALTH HISTORY
For the protection of clients and staff, if you are unwell, please immediately contact the salon and reschedule your appointment.
PRIVACY
Amaraa Hair keeps all personal details and information obtained from clients confidential and private.
BEHAVIOUR
Amaraa Hair does not tolerate any form of aggressive or threatening behaviour or communication (verbal or written).

Amaraa Hair is committed to using safe, regulated products.
Our products are vegan as well as free from sulfates and parabens.
Hygiene and safety procedures are in place to protect our customers and employees, as well as our promise to keep the licensing, certifications
and education standards of the salon and all employees current as required by law.
